Product description:
BD938N is the two components black liquid,it can generate the elastic rubber material after curing,with high strength and strong bonding
force to the substrates,abrasion resistant,water resistant,corrosion resistant and aging resistant,it is exclusively used in various conveyor
belt retreading and reinforcement,it is also suitable for pouring the elastomer workpiece.

Product features:
1.Fast curing at room temperature,it can reduce the downtime effectively.

2.With excellent performance of wear resistant,its abrasion resistance is about 3 times more than the common mixing rubber.

3.With excellent mechanical properties,its mechanical properties of compressive strength,elongation at break and tearing strength etc.
are all better than the common rubber materials.

4.The temperature resistant is -60-80 degree.

5.With good performance of oil & grease resistant,alkali resistant and oxidizing substances resistant,with good performance of radiation
resistant,low temperature resistant.

6.It can keep the higher elasticity based on the hardnress within Shore A60.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the polishing and coarsening treatment for the pending-repair parts,then clean it with cleaning agent,or brush coating
with the prime coat accoridng to working condition requirements.

2.The preparation: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to mixing mass ratio A:B=5:1,and use it up within the specified
operation time limit(8 min)

3.Coating/using the adhesive: Make the well mixed materails pour/cast into the pending-repair parts,make it be natural levelling or trowelling.

4.Curing: It can be used with light load after curing for 5 hours at room temperature,it can be used after curing for 12-24 hours normally
(when the temperature is low,the time is long,when the temperature is high,the time is short)

Storage:
This product is the general chemicals,should pay attention to water resistant and fire-resistant during the transportation and storage.
Stored in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 6 months.

The allergic constitution should use it carefully.
